The Opportunity
We are looking for an empathetic, problem-solving Call Center Agent to be the voice of our brand. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide an exceptional service experience on every single call. What You’ll Do
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, active listening, and a positive attitude.
Troubleshoot account issues, process customer requests, and effectively escalate complex technical problems to the right departments.
Accurately log all customer interactions, update account information, and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
Build rapport with callers, ensuring they feel heard and valued while de-escalating tense situations with empathy and patience.
Required Expertise
- ✅Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or client-facing retail role.
- ✅Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, friendly, and articulate speaking voice.
- ✅Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and fast typing speeds.
- ✅High emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations effectively.
- ✅Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free home office setup.
