What You’ll Do

📞 Handle Communications

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, active listening, and a positive attitude.

🛠️ Problem Resolution

Troubleshoot account issues, process customer requests, and effectively escalate complex technical problems to the right departments.

💻 Data Entry & CRM

Accurately log all customer interactions, update account information, and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.

🤝 Client Retention

Build rapport with callers, ensuring they feel heard and valued while de-escalating tense situations with empathy and patience.

Required Expertise

  • Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or client-facing retail role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, friendly, and articulate speaking voice.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and fast typing speeds.
  • High emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations effectively.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free home office setup.
